Fresh Touch

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 October 2026. These terms apply to use of the Fresh Touch Professional Deep Cleaning Service website and its enquiry process.

Enquiries are not confirmed bookings

Completing the form prepares an enquiry for WhatsApp. It does not automatically submit a request, reserve a date, or confirm a service. A booking is confirmed only after Fresh Touch and the customer agree on the scope and schedule.

Quotations and scope

Pricing and service duration depend on the property, its size and condition, the requested tasks, and the agreed scope. Confirm the final quotation, inclusions, exclusions, availability, and any payment terms directly with Fresh Touch before proceeding.

Property access and materials

Discuss access arrangements, surface materials, existing damage, delicate items, and any special concerns before the service. Confirm who provides cleaning materials and equipment and any utility requirements during the booking conversation.

Changes and cancellations

If your requirements or preferred date change, contact Fresh Touch promptly. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or payment conditions must be discussed and agreed for your booking; this website does not state a standard cancellation fee.

Images and feedback

Website service imagery and clearly labelled before-and-after examples are illustrative, not evidence of actual customer projects. Demo testimonials are sample content and are not genuine customer endorsements. Outcomes vary with materials, condition, and the agreed service; no particular result is guaranteed by the illustrations.

Website use and third-party links

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate enquiry details. WhatsApp and email services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms. If an enquiry link fails, contact the business directly.

Contact and applicable rights

For questions, contact freshtouch2026@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7558806596. These terms do not exclude any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
